Grain @ 75F, Strike 4.7 gal @ 164F to reach target 152F, rest 1 hr

Sparge 4.6 gal @ 170F to get 6.5 gal total wort

Bring to Boil, Add Tettnang hopps, boil for 60 minutes

Add Saaz last 15 minutes of boil
5.
Add clarifier last 5 minutes of boil
6.
Chill wort, transfer to fermenter, add Yeast
7.
Ferment TBD days
