May 26/24 1pm: Into FC set to 19C, pitched at 20C.

May 27 10pm: Krausen forming, laser beer at 19C. FC down to 17.5C.

May 30/24 7am: Krausen is starting to drop, laser at 18.5C. Added 0.5oz Lorien dry hops.
7.
May 30/24 7pm: Laser beer at 19C, krausen is continuing to drop.
8.
June 1/24 12am: Laser beer at 18C, FC up to 20C. Krausen still persistent but dropping.
9.
June 3/24 7am: Laser beer at 20.4C. Added 1oz of Lorien dry hops.
10.
June 3/24 430pm: FC up to 21C, still bubbling.
11.
June 8/24 7pm: Moved to freezer, FC at -1C.
12.
June 23/24: Bottling day! Added 5.15oz dextrose to 19.5L at 22C for 2.65 volumes.
