Special Instructions

May 4/24: Mashed in with 16.57L, 5ml lactic, 3g CaCl2 and 2.5gCaSO4

Hit 65C. 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 19.2L, 5ml lactic, 3.5g CaCl2 and 3gCaSO4
4.
Added 0.75oz sea salt, whirlfloc and yeastex at 15.

May 4/24 1230pm: Added 1.5lbs raspberry at pitch. Pitched into 22C wort.
6.
Used two exp. 05/2023 11g packets of Philly Sour.
7.
May 6/24 7am: Bubbling away, thin krausen. FC up to 23C.
8.
May 6/24 10am: Added ~3lbs more raspberry puree.
9.
May 14/24 7am: Put carboy into FC set to 5C to begin chilling. Got up to 25C.
10.
May 18/24: Bottling day! Added 5.3oz dextrose to 19.5L at 25C for 2.65 volumes.
11.
Added 2.5oz dried hibiscus to ~300ml water for ~5 minutes and boiled before adding to sugar solution.
