Rate: 0/10 ONLY FILLED 4 bottles. 2 from fermenter tap, 2 from tube. To count out the tap as source of infection. Will now treble clean fermentater. And also will use 1LR water, 1ml bleach, 1ml white vinegar. Not a single hint of sourness on bottling though…
No infection. Tasted 4/8 weeks and they tasted fine!
