American Wheat Ale with the addition of extremely aromatic Spanish Cedar. Very dry, but rich and lingering flavor. There is a Jai Alai conditioned on Spanish Cedar, and immediately on tasting I felt a wheat ale would be well suited to the character of this wood. I think it worked out very well and will absolutely be brewing it again!
