Special Instructions

1.
Add 2lbs corn per gallon (~9 gallons) of water and heat to 190 - hold for 40 mins

add water to help cool to ~160, add rye - hold at 158 for 30 mins

add water to help cool to ~150, add marris otter - hold at 145 for 30 mins
4.
Add rest of water and chill to 95 degrees - PH 5.3 - 5.6
5.
Pitch yeast - 1/8 - 1/4 tsp per gallon (1.625 - 3.25 tsp)

Ferment on grain at room temp
