Special Instructions

Mash - heat 5 gallons to 165, add to mash, looking for 155 for 60 min soak, add to wort pot.

Sparge - heat 3 gallons to 180, add to mash, looking for 165 for 30 min soak, add to wort then begin boil.

add cinnamon Sticks with 15 minutes left

add irish moss with 10 minutes left

add Lactose with 10 minutes left
6.
cool to 70, transfer, then pitch yeast
7.
add clarifier after 1 day
8.
add vanilla bean tincture after 1 week
