Home Grown Hops. I don't know what variety. I think either Centennial, Cascade, or Challenger. So I'm estimating 8?.
Mashing in at 152F to possibly get a bit more residual sweetness.
Using Trident and Columbus for Bittering because I had extra around to use up. I only had about a quarter pound of rice hulls left so hoping I don't have problems sparging with a stuck mash.
Pitching directly onto yeast bed from Mair-Gossett NuptuiAle batch 3. Which came from the previous Brew of "Not Pumpkin Spice" so this will be using 4th generation yeast. (Has fermented 4 batches of beer.)
