Det er ikke dobbelt av vanlig, for tenker der går 5 liter fritt under, uavhengig av størrelse. Så trakk fra 5 l, 20 15=35l. Prøver med 25 l sparge for å fylle 2 fat til slutt. Trenger 42 l i kjele for 2 fat. 1.052 pre-sparge 1.042 pre-boil 1.045 OG Pre-Kokte 15 min og skummet vekk på 3000W. Mye skum, sikkert fordi dobbel malt på like stor flate. Liker ikke når bitterhumlen henger i masse skum. Skrudde ned til 2000W. Funket fint.
