Heat 4 gallons of Strike water to 161F for 150F Mash 1 hour
2.
Heat rain bed to 168 for Mashout after 1hr Mash
3.
Sparge Grains with 3 Gallons of 170F Water
4.
Ferment 4 days in Primary
5.
Ferment 3 days in Secondary
6.
Dry Hop 2 days in Primary - 1 oz Citra, Centennial, Cascade - Add after day 2, once fermentation stalls
7.
Dry Hop 3 days in Secondary - 2 oz Citra
8.
Dry Hop in Keg - 1 oz Citra - suspend from prv & leave til keg is empty
9.
