Leave trub and transfer

Pitch yeast aereate

Ferment at 68-72f for 7 - 10 days

Add Amarillo hops leave for 4-7 days
10.
Transfer to keg/bottle condition 2-3 weeks at 68f

Option add lemon zest or fruit pur?e in secondary
