Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 1 gallon water to 150?F
2.
Steep fermentables and table salt at 150?F for 50 min (use grain bag)
3.
Remove and discard grain bag, and add 1/4 gallon of water to pot
4.
Bring wort to a boil
5.
Add Magnum hops and boil for 35 minutes
6.
When there is 10 minutes left to the boil add Irish Moss
7.
When there is 7 minutes left to the boil add Saaz hops
8.
Let wort cool to 60ºF and siphon liquid into a sterile fermentor
9.
Add yeast and shake fermentor to distribute
10.
Ferment for 7 days with airlock
11.
Add priming sugar and bottle
