Mill your grains finer (moisted preferably)

use BIAB and rice hulls OR just steep grains in sparge water and add, squeeze fully
3.
Stir continuously the whole bottom of your tun when heating

Fermenting starts at 25?C, after it slowed down, it's okay to slowly go up to 35?C, but only if you'll surely cold crash. Otherwise wait 3 more days...
