Sept 17/23 1230PM: Into FC set to 20C, pitched at 24C (sink was overflowing).

Sept 18/23 6AM: Krausen started, laser at 21C. FC down to 16C.

Sept 18/23 7PM: Krausen is bigger, laser beer at 17.8C
7.
Sept 19/23 930PM: Beer has been holding steady at laser 17C, bubbling vigorously.
8.
Sept 22/23 7AM: Added 1oz Amarillo dry hop, laser at 17.6C. FC up to 21C.
9.
Sept 25/23 5PM: Set FC down to 0C to chill. Laser beer at 22C.
10.
Oct 1/23: Bottling day! 20L at 22C with 5.4oz of brown sugar for 2.65 volumes.
