Bake pumpkin @ 350F for 45-60 min until darker
Add: 3/4 tsp Lactic acid to mash water - Target pH of 5.3
Add: Campden tablet to mash water
Heat strike water to: 168F

Boil Add: First hop addition (not in bag) @ 60 min
Boil Add: Irish moss @ 20 min
Boil Add: Brown Sugar @ 15 min
