7.Aug 28/23 7PM: Full krausen almost. Laser at 17.5C
8.Aug 30/23 430PM: Added 1lb of D-180 Candi syrup. Laser beer at 17.8C
9.Aug 31/23 7AM: Added 1oz Bravo dry hop, FC up to 20C. Laser beer at 17.3C.
10.Aug 31/23 8PM: Added 1oz Amarillo dry hop. Laser beer at 20.8C. Still bubbling, krausen dropping.
11.Sept 1/23 6AM: Added 1oz each Amarillo and Altus dry hop. FC up to 21C, laser at 20.3C. Still bubbling slowly.
12.Sept 04/23 7PM: Into FC set to 1C.
13.Sept 11/12: Bottling day! 19L at 22C with 5oz dextrose for 2.65 volumes.
