Special Instructions

1.
April 16/23: Mashed in with 16L, 5.5ml lactic acid, 2g CaSo4 and 3.5g CaCl2
2.
Hit 65C, 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 20L, 5.5ml lactic acid, 2.5g CaSo4 and 4g CaCl2
4.
Hit 69C, 20 minute mashout.
5.
Added 2ml of lactic acid during start of the boil to combat pH rise during dry hop.
6.
April 16/23 12PM: Pitched into 20C wort, into FC set to 20C.
7.
April 16/23 10PM: First signs of fermentation, bubbles starting, FC down to 17C.
8.
April 17/23 7AM: Krausen has formed, laser at 18C. Added 1oz Citiva dry hops.
9.
April 18/23 630AM: Still a prominent krausen, laser at 18.3C.
10.
April 18/23 445PM: Krausen has dropped and bubbling slowed, FC up to 21C
11.
April 18/23 730PM: Added 2oz Citiva dry hops.
12.
April 30/23: Bottling day! Added 4.89oz dextrose to 18.5L at 21C for 2.65 volumes.
