Notes:

Came out a deep golden amber with good carbonation and a thick white head that falls to a thin tight cap. Aroma is sweet with toffee and a nice citrus back note. Mouthfeel is crisp on a lighter medium body. Flavor a lot like the aroma giving light toffee with a balanced bitterness and backed by a citrus note that lingers into the aftertaste. Overall this is a good one, I really like the toffee note that the Crystal 60 gives it. If I brew this again I would back off the IBU's a touch, something closer to 50.
