Special Instructions

1.
16.5 lts Buxton spring water for mash. 1 hr at 65C
2.
Then to 70C for 10 mins mash-out. Then up to 77C for sparging
3.
Sparge with 15lts water (Spring water plus 6 lts tap water). Boil. First hops in at 60 mins
4.
Second hops in for 10mins. Half Protofloc tab added for 10 mins too
5.
23 lts collected - Yeast added at 19C 'Pure Brew' added at the same time. SG 1.050
6.
Fermenting well at 20C 20 hrs later. After a week down to 12C for finish.
7.
21st March, 15 days after brewing - Racked off yeast SG1.012
8.
Bottled on 15th April with Carbination Drops.
