Special Instructions

1.
16.5 lts Mash water. 1 hr at 65C
2.
Then to 70C for 10 mins mash-out. Then up to 77C for sparging
3.
Sparge with 15lts water. Then on to boil. First hops in at 60 mins
4.
Second hops in for 10mins. Half Protofloc tab added for 10 mins too
5.
22 lts collected - Yeast added at 19C 'Pure Brew' added at the same time. SG 1.050
6.
Fermenting well at 20C 20 hrs later
7.
11 days after brewing - Racked off yeast SG1.014
8.
Bottled on 4th May 2022 . Batch primed with 65 gms Dex. SG1012
