Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 150F for 60 mins
2.
Boil for 60 mins; cool to 66F and pitch yeast
3.
Add 0.75 lbs lactose with 10 mins remaining in boil
4.
Ferment at 75F for 2 weeks
5.
After FG steady, cold-crash at 33F, then keg and enjoy
6.
At kegging, add 1 tsp lactic acid/5 gallons if additional sourness required
7.
At kegging, add vanilla extract and tangerine flavoring
