This one came out really good. It's a deep clear amber with mellow carbonation that gives is a tight tan head. Aroma is toffee, vanilla, and biscuit. Body is medium with a smooth almost creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is like the aroma. coming in sweet with toffee, vanilla and biscuit, then a spice show as a mild bitterness starts. Aftertaste comes across dry with a nice bitterness. Overall this is a good brew, I may try it again taking out the rye. I think it would be a little better without the spicy note.
