Special Instructions

1.
Mashed in 17lts of Chase Spring Water @ 60C for 5mins then 50mins at 65C
2.
Up to 70C for 10 mins then up to 75 for sparging.
3.
Sparged with 14 its tap water and on to boil. Cardamom and Peel in for last 15 Mins.
4.
22lts collected. Pitched yeast at 18C with Pure Brew. SG1.052
5.
Fermenting well a day later. Temp at 20C then up to 22C two days later
6.
Racked after 6 days. SG1.020
7.
Bottled on 23rd Feb. 15 days after brewing. 70gms Dex added as primer. SG1.014
