Special Instructions

1.
Boil wort 90 min.
2.
2,5 litre yeast starter from 1 vial. Dry yeast works well, too.
3.
Oxygenate well if you use fresh yeast.
4.
Ferment for 18-21 days at 11-12 C. Raise to 15 towards the end.
5.
Rack to keg and lager for 4-6 weeks. Aim for 2-4 C.
6.
Closed transfer to new keg for crystal clear beer. Medium/high carbonation.
