Special Instructions

1.
Ferment @ 85F under 12 psi for 7 days.
2.
Add 10 ml Silafine and cold crash to 32F for 3 days.
3.
Transfer to serving keg on top of 10 ml Silafine and lager for 2 weeks @ 10 psi. ENJOY!
