Water chemistry: 1 tsp gypsum, 1/2 tsp CaCl, pinch of Mg

Pre-mash pH = 6.0

6 gal strike water at 155 F -> mash at 152 F for 60 minutes.

Sparge with 170 F water to 6.5 gal.

60 min boil with hop additions as above.
