Special Instructions

1.
Steep specialty grains at 150F for 30 minutes
2.
After 60 minute boil, add cherries and let steep for 15 minutes
3.
Strain cherries and transfer to primary
4.
Ferment for 1 week to 10 days until bubbling stops in airlock
5.
Transfer to secondary for 2 weeks, bottle after 2 weeks
