Partigyle: 2. Hazelnut Ale. Second strike while P1 mash in progress. Grain will be hot. Strike 4.5GA at 157F if grain is 140F. Strike at 161F if grain is 120F. Strike at 165F if grain is 100F. Mash for 90 min at 154F. Secondary on toasted hazel. Willamette or Fuggles hops.
