2.Sparged with 2.5 gallons of water starting at 180F - brough preboil volume to 4.75 gallons
3.Boilded for 60 min
4.Set FTSS to 62.5 for 5 days
5.Raised to 64 on day 6, till day 18
6.Day 18 - Transferred 3 gallons into a keg, and placed in fridge for cold conditions for at least 3 weeks.
