Special Instructions

Steep grains for 20 minutes or until water reached 170F

Once boiling, add extract and follow hop schedule.
3.
After Citra add @ Flame Out, let sit in wort 10 minutes before chill (10-minute hop stand)
4.
Pitch Safale US-05 dry yeast @ 59-75F or White labs liquid yeast @ 66-70F or Wyeast Liquid yeast @ 60-72F
5.
Dry Hop 1-2 weeks before bottling day
