Mash with 5 gallons at 160 degrees

sparge with 3 gallons

Add half of the hallertau hops for bittering at 15mins on boil

add the other half of Hallertau hops at 30 mins
5.
Add tetnag hops at 50 mins

cool and put in fermenter
7.
add kolsch yeast for ferment for 2-4 weeks
8.
filter from keg to keg
9.
keep in keg under pressure for at least one week
10.
bottle
