11.Pour 4.25 gal sparge water in sparge tun (170 degrees)
12.Sparge the sparge water through grain tun and into kettle
13.Check starting gravity (1.056 on 8/18/22)
14.Heat to 170-180 degrees
15.Add 1oz hops 60 mins
16.Sanitize fermenters
17.Sanitize wort chiller
18.Add 1oz hops 10 mins
19.Add 1/2 whirlfloc tab 5 mins
20.Cool wart with chiller to 80 degrees or less
21.Transfer to fermenter with strainer
22.Check original gravity (1.046)
23.Pitch yeast
24.Add cover air lock
25.Wait 1 week
26.Mix 2.8oz corn sugar with 2 cups boiling water in 5gallon kettle
