Notes:
Notes: I've made seven all grain brews so far and this seems to be the hands down favourite among friends and family, and we're all Australians so I guess that's high praise indeed! It's a simple recipe, but has loads of character and flavour. A tasty, easy drinking beer that's perfect served icy cold with fine food on a warm day. The only downside is that I hit an ABV of 6% - not ideal for hot weather drinking - due to a lower grain/water ratio.
