Special Instructions

1.
steep specialty grains in 1 gal water at 168F for 30 minutes
2.
rinse grain bag w/water from boil kettle
3.
remove grain bag after 5 min. bring water to boil turn off heat
4.
add extracts while stirring to dissolve
5.
add 4 gallons water from kettle
6.
bring to rolling boil and add Northern Brewer hops
7.
boil for 60 minutes
8.
add Cascade hops
9.
boil for 20 minutes
10.
add East Kent Goldings hops
11.
boil for final 5 minutes
