Special Instructions

3 days into primary, add apricot puree and allow to ferment for 1 week in primary.

Add apricot extract to keg/bottle to taste, I have been told 4 oz per 5 gallon batch.

Original recipe called for Fermentis Safale S-04 yeast. I prefer the WLP002 personally

1-2 weeks in secondary to clarify
