Homebrew didn't have London Fog so I'm using LalBrew Verdant IPA yeast, two packs. Homebrew store said best to NOT rehydrate, just toss it in. Also used Cryo Citra so citra amounts are halved. Added 2.5 lbs of sugar with all of the LME. Add wort chiller and bring to 170 and did 20 minute whirlpool with 1 oz Columbus and 2 oz cryo citra.
Also put 1.5 oz of citra in freezer is separate container for dry hop purposes.
OG was 1.100 before I topped fermenter off with one gallon of water. Checked in fermenter and it looked like 1.085 but hard to say for sure with bubbles and not a real mixture. That would be 94% efficiency.
So HBS was out of london fog and the Verdant from the last brew. So trying a Kviek Voss. Should be done in 3 days. We'll see. OG was 1.082 before adding 2 quarts of water to get it to 5.5 gallons. Fermentation activity already visible at 9 pm after pitching at 4:30. pm. Impressive.
