steep grains @160F for 30 minutes

Add DME and 1oz Chinook boil 60 min

Add 1oz Fuggles at the 30 minute mark

Add 1oz fuggles boil 15 min

Chill top to 5gal add yeast

When transferring to secondary in this case a wooden barrel add 8 oz of port
