HOP STAND: At Flame-Out, chill to 170*F, add hops, stand for 20 minutes @170*F.

Notes:
Best beer I've ever brewed! Remarkably clear, beautiful golden-copper color.
Slightly sweet malt backbone, not dry. Clean, sharp bitterness, with luscious juicy hop character.
I'd definitely brew this again, perhaps turn up Amarillo & Citra aroma/flavor hops 10-15%, leave Mosaic alone.
