recalc? Trying to keep the guts of the base recipe in tact. Big dark chocolate bar, but keeping it adjunct free (minus the oats, of course). Upped the character malts by 50% to keep it rich (hopefully proportionately). Chocolate and black malts not adjusted, but I'm not sure they need to be increased to compensate for flavor. But really. Think about it. Maybe it's bottle conditioned. I don't know. The world is crazy! Adjust boil time to hit gravity. Wouldn't be surprised by a 120 minute boil.
