Special Instructions

Feb 27/22: Mashed in with 18.5L, 7ml lactic acid, 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4.
2.
Hit 66.5C, 45 minute mash.
3.
Sparged with with 18.5L, 6ml lactic acid, 3g each CaCl2 and CaSO4.
4.
Hit 69C, 20 minute sparge.
5.
Feb 27/22 1pm: Pitched into 21C wort. FC set to 19C.
6.
Feb 28/22 7am: Had to hook up blow off tube.
7.
Feb 28/22 530pm: Laser at 20.5C
8.
Feb 28/22 930pm: Swapped out blow-off for regular airlock. Hopefully clean enough.
9.
Mar 01/22 630am: FC up to 21C
10.
Mar 01/22 7pm: FC up to 22C
11.
Mar 14/22 7am: Began cooling
12.
Mar 26/22: Bottling day! 20L at 22.5C with 60z dextrose for 2.9 volumes.
