1.Soaking 2 beans in caramel vodka for 2 weeks, adding them at kegging.
2.Added 2 beans to 1 lb of turbinado sugar and have been tossing for several months. Added in the boil (place in muslin bag to keep beans from gumming everything up)

Mashing in today, mash temp has held steady at 156F for an hour.
1/7/2022 7:43:30 AMPre-boil OG came in at 1.044. Expected was 1.045. Very close. 70% efficiency.
1/7/2022 8:53:01 AMWhirlpooling at 165F for 15 minutes with 2 oz of Lupomax Citra hops.
1/7/2022 9:46:31 AM1.070 post-boil OG with all the lactose and turbinado sugar added.
1/7/2022 12:48:17 PMFinal gravity 1.022 finishing at 6.3% ABV. Taste is phenomenal!
