Notes:

Leaving for longer ever so slightly reduced the acetylaldehyde flavour, but not by much. Ended up dumping a couple of bottles.

Notes:

Tasted 3 weeks after bottling and there was a very notable green apple flavour, so I'm going to leave it for another couple of weeks (at least) to see if that goes away.
