24gms dried Kaffir Lime and a dessertspoon of cardamon on for 10 mins boil in 3lts water

Wilko hopped Wheat beer kit plus Cooper's unhopped wheat malt extract used

Yeast pitched at 20C with Pure Brew SG 1.042

Fermented out after 4 days. Racked. SG1.012

Cold crashed on 14 December. * days after making. 3 sticks of Lemongrass added

Bottled on 16th Dec. Primed with 70gms Dec. & boiled Lemongrass water SG1.0012
7.
5 sticks of lemongrass boiled in 1 lt water for bulk priming
