Above boiled with Falked rice then strained into liquid malt.

Yeast starter made from last Wheat beer. Pitched at 22C. SG 1.035

Fermented well and finished in the cellar for ten days.

Bottled on 9th Sept. 60gms corn sugar. Bulk primed SG1.006
