This definitely got better with age as it cleared in the keg. This one turned out to be a hit for folks that weren't fans of the hoppy beers. For the next time...keep in Carboy a week longer.
Per brew notes....tried to keg too early into secondary. It was done fermenting, but could have cleared a little more. Will see if over time it will clear up okay in the keg. First Saison I have made, was thinking the taste would be more like a wheat, its a little different. I will try to taste another Saison and compare to mine and come back to add another taste note.
