Tastes amazing, Light, fruity. Very aromatic. These Mosaic hops are awesome.
clean taste, does not really taste like a wheat beer, likely due to using US-05.
Could probably get the same result without using the wheat. this could easily be a SMaSH beer
Definitely will make this again
Dry hopped 7 days total (3 of those were cold-crashing);
Kegged at 40 psi for 24 hours, dropped to 20 for 12 hours, then about 15 for 12 hours before lowering to 10-12 psi for serving.
