20Apr added second round of dry hops 0.5 simcoe, 0.25 each of Centennial, Columbus, and Amarillo, and 0.125 oz Apollo
24April bottled FG 1.018 - very nice aroma and taste - I saved about 24 oz which I bottled without any corn sugar to see if there's enough sugar to carbonate on its own. Flavor is great before carbonation, with nice soft tropical hops.
