Used the Brew Zilla. Worked very well. two things to fix. 1. Shorten up the mash time and watch the water level closely. 2. Set the boil temperature to 210 degrees. 204 F was too low and messed up the PID controller.

Crystal-Clear light-yellow color. no aftertaste. It may be a tad weak, but we shall see. it tastes pretty good, no aftertaste.
