added 1# of Light DME 15 minutes left in boil as OG was low at 1.039 and got OG up to 1.045. dry hopped with .5 oz of both hops on 1-16-24.
Based on boiling 6.50 gallonsliters at 1.039 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.045. You wanted an OG of 1.055. It looks like it will be under.
Need to add more priming sugar next time to improver head. Will improve with longer bottle conditioning. Some light notes of banana and a hint of sour aftertaste. Decent nose. Definite yeast flavor. Like it.
