2 days in keg. First sample (24 hours in keg) was good. Hops were harsh. Moved the keg to a cooler full of ice for the party. Sample after move was yeasty/soapy tasting. On ice for 24 hours pulled sample - very tasty. Hops have mellowed. Still not very clear...
kegged and sample tasted great. Set co2 at 30psi for over night. Will set in ice bucket for 24 hours before serving (party).
